How to root any Xiaomi Devices without Unlocking Bootloader in Easy way?

Hello Everyone,
You have Xiaomi Device and You want to root your device without unlocking your phone's Bootloader then you are at the right place.
Here, We are using Redmi note 3 as experiment.
Normally, you won’t be able to root access on MIUI device with locked bootloader including on Redmi Note 3. Luckily, some heavy users of MIUI users have managed various method to come up with workarounds for the situation. There is a method to unlock Redmi Note 3 unofficially with no official permission required. However, the method is, apparently, difficult at too risky for some users. Many of them ended up in the boot loop or even soft-bricked.

REQUIREMENTS

• A Redmi Note 3 Qualcomm Snapdragon device (not the MTK one) with bootloader locked.
• A USB cable. Just use the one comes shipped with your phone.
• Download any version of MIUI Fastboot ROM (.tgz file) for RDN3SD: Global Stable.
• A Windows-based PC/laptop running Windows 7/8/8.1/10 64-bit system.
• Download MiFlash Tool v20160401.

Method:

Step 1 Take All Data Backup to do that go to settings then additional settings then go to Backup and restart then go to local backup then go to Backup...

Step 2 Switch off Your Device and Press Volume Down + Power button. ( Fastboot )
and Connect with USB on PC

Step 3 Download Boot and Recovery Files (which is given above in mi flash tool).

Step 4 Now extract the zip you downloaded 

Step 5 Open Boot and Recovery Files then go to fastboot  edl folder then open EDL file

( black cmd will blink once on  your pc and Led of your phone will start blinking continuously).

Step 5 Open Mi Flash and then browse and select Firmware and click refresh then flash.

Step 6 Disconnect your mobile from PC and Press Volume up + Power button.

Step 7 Twrp recovery will boot up and if you get any decryption message with password then ignore it and continue 

Step 8 If language is not English then got to bottom Right last second option and then go to the last tab on the screen looking like setting icon and change language to English.

Step 9 Go to recovery main page and go to advance and install su this will root your xiaomi redmi phone.
