You can install any programming language on the terminal by using apt or pkg repo commands. As you can install packages like Python, PHP, Samba, Metasploit. This is the most popular application many ethical hackers use on their phone for scanning, footprint and exploiting from anywhere.
you can install any git repository on termux to use it for any purpose like programming, calculation, monitoring, security etc.
and after installing termux you just need a good keyboard. 

2. Hacker's Keyboard
It is the most used keyboard on android to perform programming related task. It has buttons which are used while typing Linux command and writing code on terminal shell using nano and vim editors.
