Hello guys,
I have a localhost playground with a webpage, its a classic simple page where you can create a username and post forums.
I'm trying to see if it's vurnable to ReDos and contains evil regex, but I am not sure how to approach the problem correctly.
Right now I have tried to enter some input strings (in input fields) of varying degrees to see if there will be a difference in response time from the network tab in devtools, but is this the right way to approach the problem?
How would you do?
Is there a better tool than devtools to monitor the response time?
Any tips is highly appreciated!
Thanks! submitted by /u/Megnoslaupeins
