Does anyone know what options are approved for remote support options? Looking over fedramp I dont see anything that is actively supported but I need something to be able to maintain my office remotely while still being government compliant. Were trying to get government contracts and my security officer whos not used to the new regulations has no idea what would be approvable for remote access tools. This would be for the U.S government. I currently use connectwise which supposedly has government contracts but doesnt seem to meet the new standards being set out.

We use azure government high. I notice that there is an option for teamviewer integration built in but im not sure that teamviewer itself meets government standards. submitted by /u/Borgmaster
